Possible Bad Connection on Anderson Charging Plug
Note: Please check from time to time your charging plugs both bike and charger. On the odd occasion the charging connections can back out. Therefore, not making contact at all, and will not charge. If it’s just touching causing a bad connection in this instance it can create heat and melt the plug as per the photo (Please see below). With charger turned off and disconnected from bike, simply use a small screwdriver or similar and push the terminal back in from behind until in locks back in, a click should be heard.
If you find some distortion of the plug due to heat, the plug needs to be changed.
