You must commit to 4 ‘service & safety’ checks per year minimum, 1 per quarter or service the motorcycle inline with the hours or KMs set out in the owners manual (whichever comes first), in addition to your 4 service and safety checks you are required to follow braaap’s log book servicing and keep log books for the life of your motorcycle. The service and safety checks are at the purchasers cost.

MX Range (MX110F, MX125, MX3, MX17)
Run in 30-60min of mid range riding
Service every 10 hours based on the hour meter or 4 times per year (whichever comes first)
Change Oil at 300km
First Service 500km
Then Every 2000km after First Service
250cc (Moto3, ST250)
First Service Between 500-800km
Then Every 3000km after First Service
400cc (Moto4, Cruiser, ST400)
First service: 800km – 1000km
Then every 3000 km – 4000km after the initial one
- Please note MX450 servicing is based of moderate riding. If you are racing or riding hard, increase your maintenance accordingly.

First safety and battery health check at 500km. Follow up & final Run in Service at 1,500KM then every 3,000KM.
Can be completed at home if you join the self service program. Currently $17/month.
To maintain your warranty the service must be done by either a qualified mechanic (Keep Receipts for proof & email them to email@example.com ever time you get a service done) or you must be a member of the self service program and ensure you send in your service sheets on time each quarter.
Please note the Lifetime Warranty is based on 3 elements: 1. The life span of your compliant service regime, the lifespan of the optional owners ownership of the bike and the $250 joining fee at point of purchase.
The lifespan of EV components such as battery is subject to change as this is a new model we are still building data on.
