Oil:
10W / 40 Mineral Motorcycle Oil,
- Semi Synthetic is ok. Must be motorcycle oil.

OIL Filter: Replaceable ( braaap and KN equivalent)
Airlifter: Washable Foam filter within the airbox
Wheel Bearings:
Front 6302 I
Rear 6303
Choke:
Is located on Left hand Grip.
Riding position: push forward (Away from you)
Reserve fuel Positions: Moto4's do not have a fuel reserve; they have an accurate fuel gauge on the dashboard of the bike. You only need to turn the ignition on to see the fuel levels from the dashboard.
Tyre Pressure:
Front 28 PSI
Rear 32 PSI
Check these very regularly (Number one reason for fall offs on a bike is from flat tyres)
Chain:
520
Must be lubricated with chain lube every 500km
Always spray the chain from the center of the bike not at the back as you may get lube on your brakes plus the lube will flick off easily.
To tighten chain 22mm spanner for nut, 24mm spanner to hold the axle, ?mm allen key to use on the chain adjusters.
Service intervals:
First service: 800km – 1000km
Then every 3000 – 4000km after the initial one
Cold Start:
No throttle Choke ON, as in pull leaver on the left side of the handle bars towards you. Once the bike has started THEN rev it
Warm start:
No throttle NO choke Once started THEN rev it
Fuel Cap:
Click it to lock it
Steering Lock: Turn the front wheel fully to the left. Once wheel is in position, turn the key in the ignition to the left until you get to the lock symbol. This will lock the front wheel.
Side stand: Won’t start if stand is down (safety)
Kill Switch: Kill switch is on right hand block, please ensure kill switch is not engaged if wanting to start bike. The side stand is also a kill switch. The bike will not start if the side stand is down.
Battery: YTX7A
Spark Plug: D8EA X2
How to adjust Moto 4 headlights:
look for two 8mm bolt heads behind the headlight left and right they have a phillips head insert and by turning them. Face the bike to a wall with the lights on to see them adjust.
