It doesn't matter where you live, our Lifetime Warranty Program suits everyone!
To keep Lifetime Warranty Active you have two choices:
1. You can enter the “do it yourself - self-service program”
OR
2. You can engage a mechanic near you to do the services for you.

To keep Lifetime warranty active, you must keep service records.
If you ever need to make a warranty claim you will be asked to supply these records to us before we will agree to honour a warranty claim. If you do not have service records, your warranty claim will be denied.
All Warranty Claims are submitted via our Online-Form (see below) and our Warranty team will be in touch. Our mechanics in the workshop will speak to you and/or your mechanic first to do trouble shooting should you have an issue with your bike.
- We are here to help!
Approved Warranty: Parts are sent out and you can swap them over yourself or get your local mechanic to assist with the labour. (Labour is not covered under warranty)
You CAN NOT get work done by a mechanic and send us the invoice.
If you have purchased the Lifetime Warranty (LTW) It is your responsibility to keep clear detailed records of your services so we can see the bike has been properly maintained.
